How do I Make A Payment?

Welcome to our secure payment page at Greensboro Orthopaedics. There are two methods to pay your bill online; 1. Paypal or 2.Your Patient Portal Account

Make a Payment Using Paypal

For your convenience, our online payment feature utilizes PayPal's credit card processing system. A PayPal account is not required to process your payment. PayPal accepts all major credit/debit cards. For more information, visit PayPal.

Click the "Buy Now" icon below. 

When you click the “Buy Now” button, please choose the option “Don’t have a PayPal Account” to make a payment.  You can then use the “Send message to the billing office” function to insert your Greensboro Orthopaedics account number (you will not have this option by Logging In to your own PayPal account). This method instructs our Financial Services Department on how to apply your payment.

Make a Payment Using Your Patient Portal Account

Simply, Log In to your Greensboro Orthopaedics FollowMyHealthTM Patient Portal Account

  • Please note to use this method, your billing statement must have a blue background, not white.
  • You must also use Internet Explorer as your web browser to Make a Payment via this method.

Payment Policies

You are responsible for all co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles at the time of service.   For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our office will submit insurance claims on your behalf.

You are responsible for all charges not processed by your insurance carrier. In the event that you have an unpaid balance from your insurance company, you will receive a statement from our office clearly identifying insurance payments and your balance due. Please contact our Financial Services Department if you wish to set up payment arrangements on your unpaid balances.

Payment Arrangements

In the event you are unable to pay your payment balance in full, please contact our Financial Services Department to set up payment arrangements. Partial payments must be approved by our Financial Services Department to keep your account from being transferred to external collections.

Refunds

Refunds are generated after your insurance company processes your claim. 

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged to your account for all MRI appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. A $100.00 fee will be charged to your account for not presenting to your MRI appointment.

Return Check Fee

A $25.00 fee will be added to your account for any returned check.
