Krista Herbst, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC
Krista Herbst is dual credentialed as a physical therapist and a certified athletic trainer. She joined Greensboro Orthopaedics in 2013 and cares for patients of all ages with orthopaedic injuries and conditions. As a physical therapist, Krista evaluates and cares for patients within the Therapy Services Department. She makes every effort to deliver quality, patient-centered care identifying her patient’s needs and goals. Her treatment plans are innovative and individualized, helping patients remain motivated in their recovery.
In the Therapy clinic at Greensboro Orthopaedics, Krista says “I love to see patients progress, so they are able to return to the activities or sports they were doing prior to their surgery or injury.” Her clinical interests include general orthopaedics as well as sports injuries and rehabilitation. Krista’s expertise in physical therapy and athletic training allow her have a unique role at Greensboro Orthopaedics. As a recent addition to our practice, she looks forward to becoming involved in the Outreach Sports Medicine Program.
Although Krista has recently relocated to North Carolina, she has already become part of the community. She has participated in Relay for Life and Adopt a Family. Krista’s knowledge, determination, and compassion are incomparable.
