Bruce Wolfe, MS, LAT, ATC

Bruce Wolfe is an experienced certified athletic trainer (ATC) and joined our team in 2007. He has over 20+ years of experience as an ATC working predominantly with high school and elementary student-athletes. For 15+ years his primary responsibility at EmergeOrtho Triad Region was serving as the Head Certified Athletic Trainer at Western Guilford High School. He worked as a team with Dr. Adam Kendall while caring for the student-athletes at Western Guilford. The practice of athletic training involves the prevention, evaluation, treatment, & rehabilitation of emergency, acute, & chronic medical conditions involving impairment, functional limitations and disabilities. Bruce is largely why the Sports Medicine/Outreach Program at EmergeOrtho Triad Region is successful.

In 2022, Bruce shifted gears and moved from the high school setting into the physical therapy clinic. In the clinic, Bruce uses his vast experience to coordinate the work conditioning program. He works closely with the physical and hand therapy team to ensure his patients can return to work safely. Bruce continues to actively participate in providing athletic training services at local high schools and at Atlantic Coast Conference Championships. His knowledge, experience, and compassion are irreplaceable.
